🎚️ Trading mode and risk thresholds

Simulates transactions with mock PnL. De-select for live spot trading (via Agent Hub).
USDT spot pairs the agent polls (comma-separated).
Max fraction of balance per position. 0.02 = 2%.
Data polling and decision frequency. Min 10.
Active position protection frequency. Min 5.
Exit longs above this RSI to protect capital.
Close positions when the index exceeds this.

Configuration drives the auto-pilot on the Agent tab.
